Additional program of Professional training (Minor)

Starting 2009 all undergraduate students taking their major in Law, Global Economy, Finance & Credit, Management are offered minor program ‘Translator in the field of professional communication’. Minor program is open for the 3^rd – 4^th year students.

Completion of the Minor means that in addition to their Bachelor Degree and Diploma students get a Translator Diploma, thus significantly increasing their competitive edge in the labor market. The holder of the Diploma gets qualification of ‘Translator in the field of professional communication’ and has the right to work in Translations.

Students taking their major in Law/Management/Economics/Finance and minor in Translations get a chance to become unique specialists combining professional expertise in their Major and skills of a translator.

A significant advantage for the students taking minor in Translation is that the total number of credits in Foreign Language according to their Plan of Studies in Major is taken into account for their Minor.

Document to be received:	State Diploma certifying professional qualification of ‘Translator in the field of professional communication’ The Diploma is issued upon completion of the course of studies together with the Diploma of Higher Education (Bachelor Degree).

The Center provides training in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian languages.
Starting 2011 a group of Chinese language for beginners is available.

The Center offers various language training programs, such as fundamental course developing basic language skills and giving special attention to grammar, as well as different programs aimed at development of oral speech and communication skills.

The Center also offers specialized programs aimed at development of language skills and professional communication in business as well as specialized programs preparing for FCE, CAE, BEC international examinations.

- from 4 months up to 3, 5 years (depending on program chosen and level of proficiency)
