The Russian Foreign Trade Academy and Abu Dhabi School of Management Come Together for Joint Online Class on Management Styles

On May 16, 2023, students from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy and Abu Dhabi School of Management participated in a joint online class on Management Styles. The class was led by Alexandra Shpak, Assistant Professor of the English Language at RFTA, with the aim of facilitating student communication between the two leading universities.

During the class, students discussed various management styles that they have encountered in their workplaces, the necessity and ways of constant upskilling, and the qualities, skills, and behaviour of a good boss. The class concluded with the belief that an organization cannot exist without a boss, however, modern trends show that it is possible and this is a topic for further exploration.
