On April 25, 2023, Russian Foreign Trade Academy and Istanbul Commercial University successfully completed the course of joint international online training COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) on the topic "Entrepreneurship and Future Skills in the context of Global challenges and Sustainable Development".

As part of the course, third-year students of the Faculty of Foreign Trade Management worked in international groups to create start-ups in accordance with the goals of sustainable development. Each group presented their own business idea, which was developed with consideration of global challenges and principles of sustainable development.

The course was taught by lecturers of the RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia E.Sinelnikova, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Trade Management, and N.Wittenbek , Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing together with Dr. Oguz Demir, professor of economics at the Istanbul Commercial University.

This course was not only a great way for students to improve their communication skills and work in international teams, but also gave them the opportunity to develop ideas that can lead to solving global problems. We look forward to seeing these startups become a reality and help make our world a better place.
