RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation invite you to take part in the 10th Rosenberg International Commercial Arbitration Competition. The registration of teams starts on November 10.

Full-time undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate students of all universities in Russia and foreign countries are invited to participate in the competition.

The competition shall be held in the format of a model arbitration under the Rules for the International Commercial Dispute Arbitration of the ICAC of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

The competition consists of two stages:

1. preparation of procedural documents of the parties to the dispute - the plaintiff's memorandum and the defendant's memorandum

2. representing the disputing parties in the oral hearings of the qualifying round, quarter-final round, semi-final and final rounds.

The competition shall be held in Russian, English and French.

Each university can send no more than 4 teams to participate in each section.

The deadline for registration is January 31, 2023.

Team registration is considered completed upon sending by all team members of a consent on processing of personal data.

Participation in the competition is free.
