From November 2024 to February 2025, students fromthe RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia together with students from the National Research University ‘Higher School of Economics’ (HSE) worked on the research project ‘Influence of cross-cultural factors on the motivation of young professionals in Russian-Chinese projects’. The project was organised by Logic Stars Group, the RFTA and the Higher School of Economics.
The project was aimed at studying how cultural differences between Russia and China affect the efficiency of work interaction in international companies. An important part of the work was the participation of Chinese students, which allowed the participants to puttheir theoretical knowledge to practice.
The final of the project took place on February, 11 at the RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The expert jury, consisting of specialists in international business, cross-cultural communication and representatives of the academic community, evaluated the depth of the research, practical feasibility of recommendations and creativity of the proposed solutions.
At the end of the competition, two winning teams were determined, to which Logic Stars Group offered the opportunity of an internship. The first place was taken by the team of the National Research University ‘Higher School of Economics’ led by the team captain Tatiana Beketova, a student of the National Research University ‘Higher School of Economics’, and the second place went to the team of RFTA under the leadership of the team captain Eva Khydyrova, a RFTA student.
For the participants this project was a great opportunity not only to confirm the high level of training, but also to gain valuable experience working in an international team. The RFTA will continue to actively develop cooperation with international companies, providing its students with opportunities for professional and personal growth.
