In July 2023, RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a new foreign partner - Universidad Latina de America (Mexico).

One of the first projects within the framework of cooperation between the Academy and Universidad Latina de America was the launch of the online course "Intercultural Communication for Global Business", which started in August 2023 and will last until December 2023. Three students of RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia (A. Nikishina, A. Hovsepyan and Y. Pozdnyakova) became participants in the virtual mobility project. The following topics will be discussed during the course: international business in the 21st century; intercultural communication; international communication management, etc. Students from Brazil and Colombia also take part in the online course. Classes are held in English.

On completing the course, the students of the Academy will receive certificates of participation and a transcript.

Universidad Latina de America is a private educational institution established in 1996 in Morelia, Mexico. The university pays special attention to international cooperation, including regularly inviting foreign students to participate in online and offline programs.
