Deputy Trade Representative of Russia in India E.V. Griva spoke to the students of the Academy about cooperation with India and presented the book "Indian Attraction: Business in a Country of Opportunities and Contrasts."

On March 14, 2024, a book presentation by the Deputy Trade Representative of Russia in India, E.V. Griva, took place in the reading room of the library of the RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. EvgenyGriva shared his experience with students about the peculiarities of doing business in India. He lived in the country for many years, first working as the general director of SIBUR's subsidiary in Mumbai, and then as the deputy trade representative in the Republic of India.

During the presentation, he emphasized how complex the Indian market is for Russian entrepreneurs and discussed some examples of the business culture in the country. The book presented by the author is a practical guide to doing business in India, combining the accumulated experience of Russian companies and a scientific analysis of these practices. Having read the book, the reader will find answers to the most important questions that arise in business and will learn how to successfully operate in the Indian market considering the cultural, political, historical, and mental characteristics of the Indian people.

Concluding his speech, the Deputy Trade Representative E.V. Griva promised to present a copy of his book to the library of the RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia for teachers and students to get familiar with it.
