Conference in Spanish "Russia-Mexico Forum" was held at the RFTA

On October 11, the International Student Conference in Spanish "Russia-Mexico Forum was opened in the RFTA. The conference is being held for the sixth time together with the Autonomous University of Chapingo, with which the Academy has been cooperating since 2015. During this time, the conference gained the status of a bridge between two cultures and nations.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexico in Russia Eduardo Villegas Mejias, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences Nikolay Shkolyar and Professor of the Autonomous University of Chapingo Diego Platas took part in the opening of the conference. Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Vittoria Idrisova made a welcoming speech to the audience. During the conference, the guests of honor shared their views on cooperation between Russia and Mexico, as well as answered questions from participants.
The conference program for three days also includes round tables.
The conference was attended by about 300 students and young scientists from both countries, who discussed not only topical issues of international relations, but also cultural peculiarities of Mexico and Russia.
