ON September 4, 2015 the Russian Foreign Trade Academy hosted the International Student Conference "Russia-Mexico Forum:  Prospects for Trade and Economic Cooperation", organized in cooperation  with the Autonomous University of Chapingo (Mexico).Opening the conference at the RFTA the Ambassador of Mexico to Russia, Ruben Beltran told  the participants about Russian-Mexican relations within the context of the 125th anniversary of diplomatic relations.

ON September 4, 2015 the Russian Foreign Trade Academy hosted the International Student Conference "Russia-Mexico Forum:  Prospects for Trade and Economic Cooperation", organized in cooperation  with the Autonomous University of Chapingo (Mexico).Opening the conference at the RFTA the Ambassador of Mexico to Russia, Ruben Beltran told  the participants about Russian-Mexican relations within the context  of the 125th anniversary of diplomatic relations.He dwelt on  economic and cultural ties between the two countries, highlighting the joint Russian-Mexican investment projects. Professors and students of the two universities made presentations in Spanish on the development of the economies of their countries, bilateral cooperation and prospects of trade development.

The presentations made by the RFTA professors and students covered  socio-cultural aspects of Russia's economy, trade and economic relations of Russia. In turn, the Mexican colleagues told about the economy of Mexico. A block of presentations  by students from Mexican university was dedicated to associations in which Mexico participates.

 The Delegation of the Autonomous University of Chapingo composed of 24 students and teachers visited St. Petersburg and Moscow from  August 31  to September 7. The  students of the university annually visit  foreign countries for academic purpose.  This year the 3rd year students of the Mexican university  specializing  in "International Tade" visited Russia., They spent 5 days in Moscow  and  took part in the International Student Conference at the RFTA.
