RFTA Higher School of Commerce has carried out professional development training  on "External economic activity in the regions"  for employees of regional centers for export promotion and export-oriented companies. Within the framework of the training  a video-conference with Maxim Golikov,  Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Vietnam  was held.
