On June 16, 2017 Professor Sergey Khalipov, Head of the Academic Department of Public Law of the RFTA, spoke at a training seminar on Customs Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity under the Eurasian Economic Union. The event was organized by the Center for Export Support Coordination of the Republic of Mordovia.



On June 16, 2017 the innovative business incubator ‘Youth’ hosted a free training seminar on Customs Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity under the EAEC. The event was organized by the Center for Export Support Coordination of the Republic of Mordovia, the speaker was professor Sergey Khalipov, (Ph. D., Associate Professor), Head of the Academic Department of Public Law of the RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
During the seminar they considered not only the issues of foreign economic activity under the EAEC, but also touched upon other important topics such as: Agreement on Free Trade between the EAEC and its member states on the one hand and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the other, dated May 29, 2015; Customs operations of foreign trade turnover, including the principles of residency and other customs restrictions; Improvement of customs operations in the new edition of the EAEC Customs Code. The seminar was attended by the representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises of the republic, including "Svetorezonans LLC ", "Karpay LLC ", "Fineflex LLC ", "Ichalki-Saransk Trading House LLC ", "Nepes Rus LLC ", etc.
