On 24 April 2024 the Legal Clinic of RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation held an open online seminarfor foreign studentson LabourLaw of the Russian Federation.

On 24 April 2024, within the framework of introducinginternationalstudents to the Russian legal system, the RFTA Legal Clinic held an open online seminar on: "Labour Law of the Russian Federation". The working language of the seminar was English.

The seminar covered such topics as

- sources of labour law
- concept and content of an employment contract
- conclusion and termination of an employment contract
- working hours and rest periods
- remuneration system
- liability for labour law violations
- labour disputes resolution

The seminar was attended by more than 20 students from China, Colombia, India, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.

The seminar was prepared, organised and conducted with the active participation of the trainees of the RFTA Legal Clinic, 4th year students of the Faculty of International Law Anastasia Voskoboynikova, PolinaZakharova, AlexandraYudinaunder the guidance of A.A. Vologdin, Head of the Department of State and Legal Theory of RFTA.
