On September 25–26, 2025, Tatiana V. Anisimova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy (RFTA) under the Ministry of Economic Development, participated in the XIII Annual Assembly of the Association of Sino-Russian Economic Universities (ASREU).
The event brought together distinguished delegations from leading Chinese institutions, including the University of International Business and Economics (Beijing), Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Sanya University, and the Central University of Finance and Economics. Russian universities were represented by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management, Baikal State University, and others.
During the assembly, university leaders from both Russia and China delivered presentations via online platforms and in person. The discussions focused on educational and scientific collaboration between universities, as well as on projects and plans for enhancing bilateral and multilateral partnerships within the ASREU framework.
Tatiana V. Anisimova presented on the topic of «Experience of Russian-Chinese Scientific and Educational Cooperation: The RFTA Case Study». She highlighted the annual online negotiation marathon involving students from member universities of the Association.

The Association of Sino-Russian Economic Universities was established in 2013. The Russian Foreign Trade Academy became a member of the Association in 2019.
