"Leaders of efficiency". Management training program. The program is implemented within the framework of the national project "Labor productivity and employment support" Organizers: Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Russian Foreign Trade Academy.

"Leaders of efficiency" management training program is implemented as part of the national project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support”. The goal of the program is to train managers in managerial and business competencies that contribute to increasing productivity and introducing organizational and technological innovations. It is based on practical experience of the best Russian and foreign companies, expertise of the leading institutions of higher education and largest corporate universities in the country.

The structure of training involves short full-time modules, inter-module distance work, access to knowledge bases and project work. The program is focused on practical approach: the training is based on real business situations in Russian and foreign companies, internships, interaction with leaders of various industries and teachers- practitioners.

General modules:
• economics and industrial management,
• lean production culture,
• change management,
• finance.

Specialization as selected:
• managerial strategies and policies,
• marketing and sales,
• production and logistics management,
• personnel management.

Following the results of the training, the best participants shall get the opportunity to complete an internship in Japan, Germany, France, etc. The duration of the program is 6 months, the first module starts in May 2019. The training is carried out at the expense of the federal budget, the employers cover travel costs and accommodation of participants.
