Language training at the Academy
The Academy has 6 departments of foreign languages, 13 foreign languages of the student's choice: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, Hindi, Farsi, Turkish, Vietnamese.
2 required languages:8-10 hours per week - 1 language, 4 hours per week - 2 language. A third language is optional. Additionally, you can get a diploma of DPO “Translator in the field of professional communication".
The diverse training programs include courses in both fundamental learning of a foreign language, especially its grammatical aspect, and improving conversational skills within the framework of a general language topic.In addition to the main programs, the Academy has many additional activities for students in language training:
- Participation in international educational and research projects, for example, for more than one year, students of the Academy participated in the program "Joint market Research with TEC Monterrey", where they developed real projects in the field of exports together with students of a Mexican university
- Interuniversity conferences with the participation of foreign partners
- Lectures and master classes by foreign speakers for students: from university representatives, practitioners from foreign companies, to ambassadors and other representatives of international organizations and associations
Student activities:There are language clubs on the territory of the Academy. VAVT students take part in international competitions and sports competitions, the administration allocates funding for such activities and supports them organizationally
