On February 5, 2026, the Russian Foreign Trade Academy (RFTA) hosted an official delegation from the TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB Universirty, Ankara, Turkiye). The delegation from TOBB University was represented by Ms. BurcuFazlıoğlu, Dean of the Faculty of International Entrepreneurship and Mr. HakkıArdaTokat, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of International Entrepreneurship.
During the official meeting,the parties discussed the implementation of academic mobility programs, online projects, and double‑degree programs.
It should be noted that a Memorandum of Agreement has already been executed between the RFTA and the TOBB University.
During the current spring semester, students from the Academy will be scheduled to participate in an academic mobility program at the TOBB University of Economics and Technology. Three students from the TOBB University have already commenced their studies at the RFTA for the ongoing academic semester.
The meeting reaffirmed the mutual intent to strengthen institutional partnerships and advance shared educational objectives in the field of international entrepreneurship and related disciplines.
