Reception and consultation are carried out in the following order:
    • Pre-appointment
A person wishing to receive legal assistance sends an application by e-mail, it is possible to fill out an application on the Center's website (feedback section). Pre-registration is carried out by the coordinator of the Center. The coordinator of the Center warns that the consultation is conducted by students, and that it is impossible to provide assistance on the day of the first meeting due to the need to prepare a consultation and coordinate it with the Supervisor.
    • The Intern's first meeting with a Client
At the agreed time, the Center's Intern conducts an appointment for the person who made the appointment (the Center's Client). During the meeting, the Intern fills out an Appointment Card according to the established pattern. The Client states the essence of the request, while the Intern finds out the nature of the Client's legal problem, establishes a chronology of events and all legally significant facts in order to give a full consultation. The intern receives copies of all relevant documents. By agreement, the time of the next meeting is set.
    • Preparation of the report on the case
The intern independently selects the regulatory material and prepares a written legal opinion in which he outlines possible legal solutions to the problem. The time period for preparing a legal opinion is determined by the Intern independently, depending on the complexity of the case. On average, this period is 2 weeks. The Trainee will coordinate the prepared consultation with the Supervisor.
When preparing a case consultation, legal assistance can be provided in three forms::

    1. Legal opinion - answers to the questions posed by the Client;

    2. Information on legislation - selection of regulatory material at the request of the Client;

    3. Drafting of procedural and other legal documents.

    • The Intern's second meeting with the Client (Consulting)
During this meeting, the Intern provides the Client with a written legal opinion and orally explains the provisions of the opinion. The Client is asked to fill out a Survey Form for the Center's Client.
Oral consultation is allowed only as an explanation of the provisions contained in the written consultation.
