Departments
The RFTA departments are the basis of the educational process and scientific research, bringing together experienced teachers and practitioners. Each department offers in-depth study of individual areas, such as international economics, law, management, marketing and finance.
The department provides students with the theoretical basis, modern teaching methods and practical skills necessary for a successful career.
International cooperation
We establish and maintain contacts with foreign universities, research centers and educational organizations as well as conduct negotiations, conclude partnership agreements and contracts. The RFTA collaborates with more than 40 scientific and educational partner organizations from China, Iran, Mexico, Vietnam, India, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, and other countries. Additionally, the Academy is a member of the Eurasian Network University (ENU), the Association of Sino-Russian Economic universities (ASREU) and the Russian –Vietnamese Consortium of Economist-Training Universities (RVCEU).

Graduates of the Academy, having received a quality education in the field of foreign economic activity, have ample opportunities for employment and are in demand in the labor market. The Career Center is engaged in assistance in employment of VAVT graduates.
