The agreement is concluded in order to comply with the requirements of the "Regulations on Practical Training of Students" (approved by Order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated 08/05/2020 No. 885/390).
2. Then, in the same Word format, the student sends the contract to the organization where the internship will take place.
3. In the "header" of the contract (preamble), the organization fills in the official name, position and full name of the person who signs the contract, and also indicates the document on the basis of which this person has the right to sign: the head of the organization – on the basis of the charter, all other persons – on the basis of a power of attorney (specify the number and date of the power of attorney).
4. At the end of the text of the agreement, as well as in appendices 1 and 2, the organization specifies the details: official name, address, phone number, INN, OGRN. The position of the signatory and his full name are indicated.
5. The organization fills in the table in appendix No. 2: indicates the room number and the address where the student's workplace will be.
6. The document is printed out in 2 copies, the signatures and seals of the organization are affixed to the contract and appendices.
7. If the organization keeps records of contracts, put the number and date on the contract and appendices. If it is not being conducted, the number and date will be set by the Career Center.
8. The student checks the completeness of the contract and brings the original contract in 2 copies to the Career Center. After signing the contract at the Academy, the student returns one copy to the organization.
Attention! You cannot delete clauses from the agreement or change the wording. If the organization makes any additions, they must be pre-agreed with the Career Center: the student sends an email career@vavt.ru the contract file in Word format with changes in the review mode explains the reasons for the changes.
Corrections to the signed contract are not allowed.
The contract must be fully executed (agreed and signed) EXACTLY 1 month before the start of the internship.
