On May 25, a delegation of scientists from the United States, implementing together with Skolkovo a project on urbanization of Arctic cities, visited "Northern Supply” project office. Among the delegates there were: Brent Rain Professor of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Ksenia Mokrushina, Director of the Center for Urban Studies at Skolkovo School of Management, Alexander Vorotnikov, assistant to deputy Pushkarev
