On June 8,2018, Natalia Markalova (PhD.,Law), Professor, Head of the Department of Civil and Business Law of the RFTA of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation gave a talk in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District on the topic "Independent Guarantee: Issues of Theory and Judicial Arbitration Practice" within the framework  of professional development program for  judges.
