The Bachelor's Degree in "Management"
The Department admits and trains specialists in the field of foreign trade management. The Department provides a multi-level training program including a bachelor’s degree and a master's degree course.
During the first years of the bachelor’s degree course the main emphasis is on liberal subjects and general economic disciplines. Students obtain essential economic knowledge when studying economic theory, world economy, economy of an enterprise, statistics, business accounting and foundations of analysis, econometrics.
A specialized section of the curriculum is aimed at studying the general management, international and foreign trade, strategic, production, investment and financial management, peculiarities of human resources management, state and municipal administration, logistics, international accounts, risk management, crisis management, insurance, organization and technique of foreign economic operations, legal regulation of export-import operations, labour law of the RF and others.
Profound study of a foreign language is compulsory according to the training program. English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian languages are taught at five chairs of foreign languages at the Academy.
Many of students study a second and a third foreign language optionally, taking a state exam at the end of the course.
Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in management are trained to work in companies of different ownership and of different forms of business organization, as well as in different functional spheres of management.

Upon completion of the course graduates are awarded a state diploma of higher education with the qualification "Bachelor of Management with the knowledge of a foreign language”.

The Master’s Degree in Management
The department of management admits and trains qualified bachelors and specialists.
The education received in the Academy allows for deeper understanding of professional practical problems as well as acquiring skills of analytical, consulting, research, scientific and pedagogical activity.
The Master’s Degree course in the Academy covers one of the three specialized training programs:
International business;
Legal support of economic (foreign economic) activity;
Logistics in foreign trade
The key disciplines taught under all the programs are: present problems of management, legal fundamentals of management activity, strategic marketing, urgent issues of present foreign economic operations, mathematical methods and models in management, logistics in the foreign economic activity, insurance, management of small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate culture, conflict resolution, stock market, project analysis, risk management, international economic law.
The training involves students’ active independent, scientific and research work.
The course also includes further study of a foreign language.
The Master’s Degree course opens up ample opportunities for those seeking employment in the sphere of management of different enterprises and state institutions involved in the foreign economic activity.
Upon completion of the course the graduates defend their Master’s thesis which is independent scientific research done under the guidance of a tutor.
