Career centre of the Academy

The Academy works closely with the management of various companies and organizations involved in foreign economic activity in organizing pre-graduation work practice and assisting graduates in finding further employment. The Career Centre is responsible for this important area of work. The main aim of the Career Centre is to help students and graduates of the Academy to find their way in the current labour-market and select a job relevant to their qualification.

An individual approach to each student is the major principle of the Centre’s work. Professional skills, knowledge of a foreign language, as well as personality traits and psychological peculiarities are considered when selecting a candidate. The final result of this process is the selection of the right candidate who would meet the employer’s requirements.

The Career centre of the Academy has the following areas of responsibility:

Informing students of the existing job vacancies;
informing students of additional training course programs;
Assisting companies interested in employing students and graduates of the Academy in organizing presentations;
Organizing the Career day, specialized trainings and master-classes aimed at improving the professional skills of the students of the Academy;
Selecting graduates of the Academy for open vacancies taking into account individual requirements of employers;
Organizing pre-graduation work practice of students of the Academy on a gratuitous basis;
Consulting students and graduates during the period of job search;
Monitoring the development of the graduates’ careers.
